REPARATION NATION CORRECTIONS REGISTER
Public record of material corrections made to Reparation Nation Shipping Intelligence.
CORRECTION PRINCIPLE
Reparation Nation should preserve the historical record rather than silently erase material errors or changes.
Where an earlier record is materially incorrect, incomplete or later contradicted, the correction should identify what changed and preserve an auditable history.
A correction does not automatically mean the original information was improperly recorded. New evidence may change what can reasonably be established.
CORRECTION RECORD SHOULD PRESERVE
1. The record being corrected.
2. What the earlier record stated.
3. What has changed.
4. Why the correction was necessary.
5. The evidence supporting the correction.
6. The date the correction was entered.
7. The permanent Correction ID.
