ABOUT THE COMMUNITY SYSTEM

THE BOND PHASE AS A DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT

The Reparation Bond phase is being used to move ideas from books and institutional proposals into an operational prototype. The process is expected to expose questions of identity, eligibility, governance, creditor rights, regulation, accounting, privacy, data migration, audit and international institutional design.

REPARATION NATION LIMITED

The development and incubation stage: research, practical testing, supporter engagement and discovery of institutional requirements.

IC3CSI

The intellectual architecture and public-development layer that preserves and develops the concepts surrounding reparatory justice systems.

IBIS

The intended future international operational authority for bringing the Reparation Bond system into reality, subject to the final legal, governance and institutional structure.

Continuity principle: legitimate development-stage supporter records, identifiers, participation history and recognised interests are intended to be preserved through the international upgrade. Any future conversion into an IBIS financial liability remains subject to final governing terms and applicable law.

SEPARATION OF FUNCTIONS

The Identity Engine provides a consistent identity-classification facility. It does not automatically determine reparations entitlement. The discussion system records argument and proposals. It does not itself create formal policy. The bond register records prototype bond activity. It does not itself establish entitlement to reparations.
