IBIS DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY

DISCUSS. TEST. CHALLENGE. BUILD.

This community system supports the Reparation Bond development phase. It provides the same established discussion, participant identity, working-group, moderation, notice and library facilities used by the source Racial Security system, while the presentation has been rebuilt for Reparation Bonds and future IBIS development.

Discussion is not a system decision. Arguments, proposals, votes and comments remain discussion evidence until adopted through the applicable governance process.

COMMON FORUM

Public discussion and argument around the bond phase, reparatory finance, governance, identity, regulation and institutional design.

OPEN FORUM

IDENTITY ENGINE

The replicated UK / US / EU Identity Engine. Identity classification is separate from bond ownership and separate from any final determination of reparations entitlement.

OPEN IDENTITY ENGINE

WORKING GROUPS

Structured collaborative development. Working groups can test proposals and organise work without automatically changing the formal Reparation Bond architecture.

OPEN WORKING GROUPS

MY ID

Create or recover the participant identity used for active participation while retaining the established underlying engine.

OPEN MY ID

LIBRARY

Research, evidence, correspondence and documents relevant to the questions exposed during the bond phase and construction of IBIS.

OPEN LIBRARY

MAIN BOND SYSTEM

Return to the Latent Reparation Bond prototype, verification system, governance architecture and IBIS transition material.

OPEN REPARATION BONDS
Black Euro B€ mark B€ is the approved hard financial mark for the proposed future IBIS financial infrastructure. The surrounding research and community environment intentionally remains visually softer.
