This community system supports the Reparation Bond development phase. It provides the same established discussion, participant identity, working-group, moderation, notice and library facilities used by the source Racial Security system, while the presentation has been rebuilt for Reparation Bonds and future IBIS development.

The replicated UK / US / EU Identity Engine. Identity classification is separate from bond ownership and separate from any final determination of reparations entitlement.
