Upload the complete Build 17 contents into public_html/REPARATION-BONDS/. Do not mix selected files from earlier builds into the new package.
If the live data/latent-register.sqlite contains records that must be kept, preserve that live database deliberately. Do not overwrite or delete live records accidentally.
Confirm direct web requests to both data/ directories are denied and admin pages require authentication.
Create one LATENT test record; confirm £0 paid and £0 interest; open the flat B€ certificate; verify the Bond ID; inspect certificate history.
Open Community, Common Forum, Working Groups, My ID, Library and the Identity Engine. Confirm the B€ favicon/branding and that existing engine behaviour is unchanged.
Confirm there is no route that accepts money, creates ACTIVE, accrues interest, transfers ownership or redeems principal.
Check the main site, financial certificate and community pages on desktop and mobile. Hard-refresh after upload so old favicons and CSS are not cached.
