Redesigned pledge system
The new pledge system is being designed not to request a pledger's name, email address, telephone number or full postal address. The pledge database will record only information required to operate the anonymous pledge, status and revocation system.
Legacy records
Records created under the former ARM-BGAC implementation are being preserved separately rather than copied wholesale into the new anonymous database. This first upload does not alter or delete those historical records.
Technical information
This foundation upload does not enable the new pledge API. A fuller operational privacy notice will accompany the functional pledge and nomination system before those functions are enabled.
